E-COMMERCE & QUOTE TERMS

These terms apply to all quotation requests made through our website, forms, email, or WhatsApp.

1. Quote-Only Sales Model

  • We do not accept online payments

  • All pricing provided is by quotation

  • Quotes are subject to confirmation and availability

2. Product Information

Product descriptions, colours, and images are indicative. Final specifications will be confirmed in writing before order acceptance.

3. Pricing

  • Prices quoted may include or exclude VAT (clearly stated in the quote)

  • Prices are valid for the period specified in the quote

  • Prices may change due to supplier or material costs

4. Order Acceptance

An order is only accepted once:

  • The customer approves the quotation in writing

  • Any required deposit or payment terms are agreed separately

5. Lead Times & Delivery

  • Lead times are estimates

  • Delays may occur due to production or logistics

  • Delivery arrangements are confirmed per order

6. Cancellations

  • Custom or branded items may not be cancellable once production has started

  • Cancellation terms will be specified in the quotation

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are handled in line with the Consumer Protection Act

  • Customised products may not qualify for returns unless defective

  • Defects must be reported within a reasonable time

8. Risk & Ownership

Risk passes upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment is received.
